Our Management Training Programme is an intensive eight week learning curve, based in one of our Centres of Excellence around the UK.

Managers In Training (or MIT’s as we like to call them) will work ‘hands on’ in every area
of the catering business and are exposed to the multi-branded environment that makes us
so unique.

Our Head Chefs and Managers work alongside MIT’s on a daily basis. Training includes everything from how to make the most authentic pizza and finest cup of coffee to the preparation of a professional business plan.

A Training Manager oversees the welfare and coaching of all new Managers and helps to tailor the programme to each individual.

Internal and External Courses are available to our MIT’s. An example of these are:

BII Personal License Certificate
Audit Workshop
Assistant Managers Workshop
Intermediate and Advanced Food Hygiene
GTC (Training Certificate).
